Note: If your insurance carrier accepts out-of-network providers, we can provide you with a "Superbill" to present to your insurance for reimbursement. This document includes the date, location, type of service, and diagnosis for services rendered. We are not able to become more involved as an out-of-network provider.
Good Faith Estimate
Legally, healthcare providers must now give patients who do not have insurance or do not plan to use insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the total expected cost of non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your healthcare provider or any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before your scheduled service or at any time during your treatment.
If you receive a bill for services that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute it. You will need a copy of your estimate.
For questions or more information on your rights to a Good Faith Estimate or how to dispute a bill, you can visit http://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
